Reality check!

Someone please help me if I'm missing something here. Next week, one or more big operators in the home PC field -- possibly Compaq and Intel -- are going to announce support for Aware's DSL Lite. Microsoft will necessarily support plug-and-play by the end of the year. AWRE is going to emerge from a pack of competing internet technologies with the official blessing of the king, the queen, and several crown princes. In other words, the people who can make a mass-market technology happen.

How could this possibly not drive the stock price back up to the top of its trading range? Is there any real chance that AWRE isn't going to hit $14, or even $16/share this week? Somebody PLEASE give me the opposite argument before I back up the truck tomorrow morning.
