it's red now, and that's how we turn it blue.
Yeah, I get what Moonbeam Jr. is trying to say. He's trying to sell it as a "job creation" program for the Central Valley.

Meanwhile the farmers there aren't fooled. They know the high-speed rail project only got started there because of suburban NIMBYs.

It's a boondoggle that is already over budget, and it's not even like 5% complete.
