The is always the brightest guy in the room politically. I would never second guess his gut.

i could see how going with the 1+ billion and then Executive orders for the rest are likely the best avenue. The Wall is built and using executive orders he will have the 5th column putin allied democrats and the 5th column bin laden democrats all going to court fighting against securing the borders. And that will frame the public debate through the 2020 election and 60 to 120 demoscum are removed from office.
