Certain many of you in same boat.... I have an audible alarm when "news" hits. I hate it when form 13G season overlaps with a concentration of form 4 disclosures.... throw in earnings-related stuff...... all at a time where I'm waiting for news-news, and don't want to mute it all. BONG! BONG!.......... the sort of alarm that isn't loud, but which reverberates through a couple of adjoining rooms and throughout your **ing skull! But will I turn off my SEC-related feeds? Need an intervention.
