That's interesting.

Al, did he explain the reason the company doesn't have to file reports with the SEC? We all understand this is a foreign company, but still the securities are registered for sale here in the US. Other foreign companies I follow (primarily European and Israeli) do file SEC reports. By the way, what's this guy's name?
