INDEX UPDATE
---------------------------

Not that I watch stocks, but I do keep track on some of the bell-weathers.

MSFT is a CLASS 1 SELL to be obtained at the high tomorrow. What would nice is if it runs to 140 tomorrow. I think earnings is on Thurday, correct me if I am wrong. So this may be one of those "SELL ON THE NEWS" situations, even if the news is good. We need to keep in mind that MSFT was at 118 just at the end of December. If MSFT gets close to 140 that would be about a 17% run-up. Also, the NAZ most likely will be even more overbought if MSFT runs closer to 140, which would help the pullback in MSFT.

Also, the PUTS seem to be reasonably priced. For the FEB 140 PUTS I am getting as last trade at $7, which for a 5 point in-the-money PUT the time value is about 2 points. Correct me if I am wrong since I cant get the bid/ask, only last trade.

Can anyone confirm the time and date of MSFT's earnings. Will the earnings be after hours????

Seeya
