Hardly otherwise

Some other ism

There are no Libertarians here.
Nine year old children have rights.
Business owners have to comply with the law regarding serving the public.

On this thread those principles are simply dismissed. It is fine to refuse service to Chinese people, black people, gay people, Jewish people. If you have a business and one of those people comes through the door expecting a cake then these fine (not) fellows will tell you that the customer is the offending one. Imagine a black person coming into a bakery and expecting service (substitute gay person, Chinese person or Jew, same thing). These upstanding otherisms will also tell you that selling your nine year old on the Internet isn't a problem. Just explain your nine year old wants to work all day folding laundry and babysitting and the problem is all cleared up (child labour laws are apparently just another "cash grab" directed at parents who could buy many more bon bons if they were allowed to rent their children out on craigslist). Libertarians steer their ships so they don't run into other ships, they expect others to steer the same way.
