When you open a shop to serve the public, you have to serve the public. You will not be allowed to open a restaurant and put up a sign that says "No dogs or Chinese" (seen in a Bruce Lee film). This should be obvious, if you serve the public then you serve the public. If you want to invite people to your house and exclude those you don't like, have at it. The problem arises only when you decide who your public shop will serve based upon your bigotry, that is simple. Libertarians thinks bigots are abhorrent or reprehensible, take your choice.

I have no trouble with the store owner's "antics", he has the trouble. Mr. Kaepernick is apparently worth millions or was before he decided to protest police brutality against certain Americans. Deciding that his protest against police brutality was about "disrespecting the flag" is certainly racist IMO. We may get different mileages here, especially given that you do not acknowledge the obvious bigot who refused to serve a customer because he was a bigot (see court decisions). At least in the case of the sports store, no court was needed to demonstrate that bigotry and racism are poor choices. I think tripe is also a bad choice but that may just be my style.
