Hi, MSB!!! Does Michael Parks have a web page, or maybe one of the galleries that sells him? I really like art which features women's bodies, and would like to see more. All those bits of broken glass creating borders is called FUSING. You take glass that melts well, and make a design, and then put in the kiln. It is really simple and fun to do--children can make very nice gifts and stuff using fusing techniques. Speaking of gifts, I see your "seasonal" thread is still going strong. I should go over and visit and see what kind of mischief you are getting up to. I didn't understand about the peach and black glass all mixed up in the border, unless it is a bar of black glass, with a peach-colored one instead of black in the middle. Is that what you are talking about? My stained glass piece has hit a snag, because I cannot find a wonderful color for the sunset part of it. I had hoped to have it finished in a few months. So now I am starting another one, that is entirely blue and clear glass, very modern, like a flowing river of blues!!! You would probably like it.
