Kaiser's outlook for Agate Bay: Sell for tax loss or avoid. The PVT
technical system [via reverse divergence] predicted a price decline
in Sept.1996. Now technical analysis favours a price rise in the
near future. A solid price rise on significant volume would be
required to confirm the indicators.

Kaiser implies that the stock is a buy:"when a core group emerges
with a large equity stake in Agate Bay".(Bottom-Fish Report Sept-
Dec. 1997) Further, "given that Jack Marr is eager to sink his teeth
into an exploration project, this scenario [where supporters can
accumulate stock at cheap prices over a long period]is not a practical
one." (Bottom-Fish Tracker Nov1/97)

Not sure what he means, but a joint venture to explore for gold and
base metals with Windarra is continuing in India.

Jack Marr prefers that new investors take a long term approach to
Agate Bay. He says that it takes time to develope a mine and is still
confident of getting financing and a new partner. He recently,
(Dec./97) increased his holding in Agate Bay to 5%.

I hold 330,000 shares with patience and optimism. I stand firmly
behind my analysis.
