Absolutely agree. Difference is that I'm looking at monthlies whereas you have weeklies. Interesting still.

Just shared my charts with trading pals ... across 16 indicators ... showing the very same thing.
Only one indicator was slightly different. Along with the SPY monthly bar, which was a doji back then.
Nov then and now were several months into "deadcat" bounces off initial lows.

On that occasion, we made new lows into the Shanghai Accord in early 2016.

Lots of talk of SA 2.0 in place already.

EW bull leaves room for a deep retrace W2, but no new lows.

Not sure how you'd count a bear move that makes marginal new lows.
Cross that bridge if we get there.
