Gerald, Larry; It could be worse and was worse for some of us who were holding both IPM and NCMI.

Maybe he [Doyle] had to risk an investment in Namibian in order to leverage more into IPM for less.
Joe, your explanation for Doyle transferring IPM cash to his own pocked via a "loan" to NCMI is called "making it up as you go". Very creative!
