I agree with your comments. PWAV is either undervalued if the South Korean economy recovers with minimal impact, or grossly overvalued if they get any significant cancellation of orders.

I looked at Spectrian (SPCT) over the weekend, and see a company about the same size, also with a relatively low valuation, but with its major customers (98%) being North American. Obviously this is better defensively, but it seems also that it limits the growth the company can experience. SPCT also has its own fab for RF chips, which is a big capital expense in low revenue times (is PWAV fabless?). Compare the OPM: PWAV is about 19%, and SPCT 13%.

Any comments from more experienced followers of both stocks out there?
