This is how we like our fish too. Simple, so the good flavor comes from the fish and enhanced by the small amount of flavorings we add. The biggest problem for most people is overcooking the fish. It's a real art cooking fish. If you think it's done perfect get it off the heat, and eat it right away cuz it is.
