OK, confession time. I was diagnosed type 2 in 2012. A1C was over 13.

My Doc originally thought I might be an (old) undiagnosed Type 1 but gave Janumet a try. My A1C dropped down to the 6's and eventually hit 5.6 last year.

Today, I had my annual visit. My A1C tested 7. I have been a bad boy. Got cocky and had a Krispy Kreme, etc. every once in a while (seldom). Still. it did hit my numbers.

So, no more Krispy Kremes for this old boy. And more exercise.

Good news: I dropped 6 lbs, down to a svelte 192!
