Like I said. You don't know what is going on here. Half the businesses (and this is a bit of an exaggeration) are money laundering operations. 70% of the new homes sold in Irvine over the past few years have been sold to Chinese nationals, for example. This place (Cali) is for sale to the highest bidder because many of it's best corporations want to get the hell out of here. . .
