* Hillary procured the Steele document from a former British agent who assembled it from former KGB agents as his primary sources. The FBI investigated the document and were unable to confirm that any of it was true, so they refused to investigate it further. Hillary's purchase of this opposition research is the first documented fact of Russian collusion and meddling by Hillary in the 2020 election. Hillary was also documented as conspiring with Schultz to defraud Bernie Sanders of his chances in the Democratic Primary.
* Obama instructed Lynch and the DOJ to use that Steele document in a FIS Court request to wire tap Trump and his campaign staff, which the FISC approved. The FISC documents and appeal failed to tell the FIS Court that the Steele Document was procured as opposition research by Hillary and was not found to be credible by the FBI. That omission was a Federal Crime.
* This tainted FISC approval was used to launch the Mueller probe. In our Justice System, this is called "Fruit of the Poisoned Vine" and can be used by the defendant to request a dismissal of all charges, because the whole case was built on fraud and substantiated on a criminal act by the prosecution.
* Later, Trump fired Comey, because of his gross incompetence, his leaking of highly classified FBI information to the NYT, and his overt attempts to meddle in the election
* the Deputy AG, Rosenstein, then suggested wearing a wire for the FBI to further investigate Trump, despite all the other crimes committed in election meddling and fomenting an attempted coup
So no, Brumar, this vine is damned poisoned from beginning to end, no sane judge would allow any of the evidence to proceed to anything near a conviction. This was a political hack job by the Democrats from beginning to end. 2 years of Mueller investigations found nothing, because there was never any Russian collusion on Trump's part to find. If they were really interested in Russia collusion, then we have a documented fact that Hillary colluded with former KGB agents in the procurement of the Steele Document. That is fact.
All of this came out, because of the complete bias and incompetence of the DOJ, FBI, and malignant Democrats. Trump outplayed them all and exposed them for the vitriolic criminals that they are. No force on earth will change those facts we all know now. The genie is out of the bottle. What's left is a soft civil war between the Socialists that have taken over the Democratic Party and the rest of us who will never stand for Socialism in the US. |
