I couldnt agree more with your comments today. I have asked myself many times, why cant they just do the simple things as you have suggested to give themselves credibility with us and the outside investment community. Do the right things like keeping the shareholders informed. Tell the truth. Take responsibility. Dont make excuses. Keep things moving by doing the job.

My concern is that some good news comes out and the shareholders forget about the essential concerns that we have all been talking about. Sometimes it is just sickening to think about the technology we have, the relaxed FDA standards for this type of product and the IDEC and CLTR Caps and to then look at the management picture. If they would just do some of the things they need to do to build confidence and give us a sense of integrity.

I think Davis is on track by balancing all of the negatives here with the positives. But you are right about the fundamental way that the company is being run and most of that is communication and fiscal responsibility.
