Ken,

I believe CAI has already sold all the MMDS rights it had in the BellSouth territories. GTE is the only other potential buyer I can think of which could potentially be interested in some of CS Wireless' markets. If CS sold its Dallas system, for example, maybe some of that cash could funnel down to CAI.
