i believe the food and agricultural industries are
the biggest culprits. since the ancel keys report
in 1958 and the subsequent government food
guide, which the public followed, society has
become fatter and fatter and sicker and sicker.

it's not going to change anytime soon - not on a
large scale. too much money at stake. just think
if the government came out and said, SUGAR WILL
KILL YOU, the way they did with tobacco. think of
all the manufacturing companies and jobs that rely
on the public eating sugar. practically every processed
food product on the market contains sugar.

that makes governments complicit too. :(
