It's so easy now to look around and find blame in something or someone other than one's self.

Just point your finger over there, sit back and be miserable because where I pointed my finger has ruined me, and therefore, I don't have to do anything to remedy the situation since wallowing in self despair is the order of the day.

People don't know how to look inward for the answers to their problems, and instead look elsewhere to find blame. There is no awareness of self, no chance to fix themselves by looking inside their own heads because someone else's head has caused their demise.

There is no chance for a wake up call. The alarm clock has been turned off.
