CD123 x CD3 bispecific placed on partial clinical hold. Two patients, one CRS and one acute pulmonary edema, both leading to death and deemed "at least possibly related to XmAb14045".

Given results, many programs and several companies in recent past.... not too surprising. Delicate balance and sometimes tragic results, activating T cells.

Ugh.
