Les, This story is getting very interesting. One of the leading authorities on the re-cycling of plastics is Dr. Thomas J. Nosker from Rutgers University , Center for Plastic Recycling Research, ( they developed the plastic R.R tie technology which ECPL has licences to produce).. Dr. Nosker has also received Federal Grants from the US Corp of Engineers to study the feasability of manufacturing recycled plastic products and there application for marine/waterfront installations.( Sea walls.docks, pilings.......US EPA is very interested in replacing all old creosite leaching marine sea walls and pilings which continue to contaminate water ways. ROK was in Boston last week.......sumpin is up !......cheers
