It's wholly owned, to my knowledge. We get a 10-K within a couple of weeks, and it's going to be revealing re. several pipeline projects. But the G4-RD comments should be of most interest, and they'll certainly field questions in Q&A next week (earnings). I don't know, re. the delay. Maybe they've seen side effects in the larger lupus trial that disturb regulators, they could be preparing to switch to a subcutaneous formulation, or, given that they would partner lupus, perhaps they're ready to hand all indications to a pharma. Indication.... I have no idea. Seems wise to run several phase IIb trials. Sjogren's? Your guess is as good as mine.
