You are mentally deranged or too incompetent/impaired to be out in public by yourself, unsupervised or unrestrained. You are a safety hazard to the public and yourself, but nobody would ever miss you if you conveniently disappeared, but innocent hard working people should not have to live in fear of your irrationality and abnormal behaviour. Please do the right thing, or at least have yourself committed for observation and treatment. We're all counting on you to do the right thing. Electroshock therapy is not painful. You might like it.
