Interest in Securities of the Reporting Issuer
On February 19, 2019, Marshall disposed of ownership and control of 11,995,500
common shares (the “Subject Shares”) of the Company. The Subject Shares represented
approximately 9.2% of all issued and outstanding common shares of the Company as of
February 19, 2019, immediately following the transaction described above, resulting in a
corresponding decrease in the percentage of shares held by Marshall as a result of the
transaction.
Immediately before the transaction described above, Marshall held 21,550,000 common
shares of the Company (the “Pre-Shares”) representing approximately 16.55% of the
issued and outstanding common shares of the Company.
Immediately following the transaction described above, Marshall held 9,554,500 |
