Their website (http://www.vteh.com) does reasonably well of disseminating information. All this about number of shares outstanding etc is there if it can be relied upon. I had a talk with the CEO and suggested that he take steps to improve the web site e.g. updating it with latest information, perhaps a monthly/weekly CEO update of events etc. He agrees. Anyhow, if I remember correctly, there are about 20M shares outstanding.. kamal.
