Sorry, I'm sticking my nose in and I wasn't invited..but since I'm here... I think whenever their is pain and/or suffering inflicted upon a human by another (which is preventable) it is wrong. With that said...I have watched many discussions and read several articles regarding late term abortion (BTW..both sides of the topic were well represented in most cases.) One thing BOTH sides agreed upon was there has yet to be a case where the mother's life was at risk resulting in the late term abortion. The process is more hideous than anything Hitler and his stooges could ever have dreamed of (and they did pleanty.) When a BABY reaches that point of developement their nervous system is very well developed along with most other functions. In fact, there is a good possibility they are even more acutely aware of sensation while still in the womb. I find it ironic that some people who fought against the baby seals being "clubbed" to death (which I agree was wrong) have no problem in babies being "butchered." As for abortion, in general, I do not agree with it. HOWEVER... I have never been faced with some of the things the women who make that decision have. I cannot judge them for what they did..with maybe the exception of those few who have had more than one as a result of poor judgement, etc. I know you didn't ask what I think..but hey...some things just catch my eye... T.R.
