Well, that's a good point. I have no answer for you. I think Trump is not very good at identifying good allies and then keeping them happy when they work for him. He's not a great team leader that way. Not from my vantage point, anyway. The essence of a great leader is the ability to hire good people and retain them. Trump struggles at this. Quite evidently.
