the closest pipelin is 17-30 miles away.. like the stock price is 4-100.. anyway.. what makes YOU think
1}kaz will let them take the oil out of the ground{since many believe they are corrupt}
2}that there is oil there and it will be easy to extract?
3} that aipn will be abkle to raise cash to do more research~ and tap wells and set up shop in kaz?
4} that nayone who controls any portion of the pipeline would want to freely give up such use so that aipn's oil {if in fact there ever is any} can be brought to market and thus increase supply and cut down on demand for the pipeline owner's products?
and what makes you think that any of this stuff will ever get doen on the shoestring budget and financing aipn has..
the best thing aipn can do is sell the license upon proving that there is in fact recoverable oil in any large quantity..
and use the millions for exploration elsewhere.. and maybe just maybe get a % of the action out of the concession.
