>>Where are a) The rebuttal's to MOAB review, b) Novonyx status?<<

Hi Joe, and of equal importance, a response from Novell on MSFT's position in NDS. I notice that the newswires are carrying the story now. One would think they'd want to IMMEDIATELY reassure customers on this issue. This company has not changed.

Scott, some of us here are really mad in regards to the way Novell wasted away our money. I figure about 15K of my money. This company made it appear they were stable when in fact through channel stuffing it has steadily lost ground. From an outsider standpoint, they have not even made an effort to counter all the issues that have put them where they are. This trend looks like it's continuing.

I'm mad that I was a sucker with this investment, and hope to make my money back as it is broken up and sold off. It is generally against my nature to short stock, and although I feel there is likely some additional downside, a couple of points is not worth my time. Although my intention is not to talk the stock down, it is my feeling that as the stock gets a couple dollars cheaper, the inevitable sale will happen and perhaps provide the opportunity I've been looking for. If you, Dr Schmidt, or Mr Young want to send me a check, payment in full, I'll go away...you'll never hear of me again.

In the meantime, where are the rebuttals on the three latest serious issues hanging over Novell's head? Do you agree that silence is the way to handle these problems. If not, how much time do you feel is adequate to respond? These things are quickly becoming old news, and the damage grows daily IMO. How can you excuse these guys? Is this how you would run the company, or can you still not speak for the BOD and DR Schmidt?

It becomes more and more obvious to me that you are paid by Novell to try and confuse and clam these issues up. Even the loyal dedicated employee has to agree with many of the current negatives surrounding this company. They have and continue to work against you...what a shame.
