KaryoPharm (KPTI) off 40% on pretty negative briefing docs ahead of next week's AdComm. Safety/efficacy spectrum questioned, and Im seeing on twitter from a reliable source that the one voting question is whether or not to delay approval until the P3 results are out, around a year from now.

I think I few here follow this one. Dunno if this worth a trade or not, because I don't.
