now the one last discrepancy that i have, and if you remember the other two december propectus that came out a day apart or so were exerpts of this one from sec and had different ammounts of shares to be sold that i was concerned about their announcement to sell before we even got our shares?
under paragraph 26 the number of shares held by dr joffe
his wife and son plus summits shares add up to 41 million total. and under shares to be sold whether or not they decide to dr joffe will retain at least 10 mill plus summits 8 or nearly half the actuall issue shares the company reports(36.67 million shares). is my math that bad. it just does not add up.

it is most definitely in their interest to hold the shares at this price relative to that buy back allowed to lcav. i missed that totally- can not review these things enough!- and also there is mention of stock options at 3 or so$ per share to be made available to employees at future dates. it is obvious they want to retain a controling interest in this company and regardless of the stock price too. all the more to bolster price supports here. and they know the real book value of this company with all the clinics and machines, procedures etc.

i found some other free sites to try and get more infomation from any other sources or individuals watching this stock. will post them later if they are helpfull.

keep the good info flowing.

ar.
