To: ALL CVIA SHAREHOLDERS AND THREAD PARTICIPANTS!
I just communicated with Jack Arnold, and he asked if I could share the following information with you! ( I am just responding as the spokesperson, nothing else.)
#1. Jack indicated that he will not be able to communicate with me or anyone else concerning CVIA/WOTD until at least next Monday January 26th., 1998.
#2. The reason that he gave is that he is leaving town for meetings for the rest of this week.
#3. He reinforced once again that , "we are making real progress toward a merger and he appreciates all the kind encouragement and support that we have given."
#4. He stated that , " I should know a great deal more after the next few weeks." ( It should be noted that the "I" refers to Jack Arnold ).
#5. Jack also shared that , " As I began this project, I was somewhat overwhelmed at the daunting task of taking a company with no assets and virtually no value and trying to bring it back to life. This task has been exceedingly laborious and stressful. Through the process I have learned that, by taking one step at a time, there just might be a light at the end of the tunnel ( before all I could see was a train coming at me)."
#6. Jack then went on to mention," If I can succeed in bringing this merger to fruition, I will have accomplished my goal. The resultant value of the shares of CVIA stock remains to be determined, but they will have value where there was none before."
Well! That is the end of Jack's feedback!
Here are some of my own personal opinion's from Jack's communication!
Remember/ keep in mind! That this is my own guesswork / speculative point of view , but here it goes!
I sense that we are very close to hearing all the details ( what ever they may be) in the very near future!
I will stick to my recent guess that we will hopefully hear some detailed news / press releases by January 31st., 1998! ( But! Just my opinion!)
I think that Jack may very well be attending some major and significant meetings that will partially determine the out come for CVIA and it's shareholders! ( Let's all hope that Jack had a relaxing/restful weekend, in order to re-charge his batteries!)---This in my opinion is a very important week for the future potential of CVIA!
I want to clarify this once again, that I am only trying to share my interpretive feelings, from the sense that I got from communication with Jack! ( As in the past , please just treat my opinions and feelings and guess work and strictly entertainment value!--Nothing more!)
In my opinion , I personally sense/feel that Jack has matured and developed dramatically as the Leader of CVIA! And it would be my guess that whatever role he plays in the future development of CVIA/WOTD or elsewhere, he will have the potential to be a fine leader, and will carry with him a quality, that will be an example for all to follow, and that quality that I have personally detected is regular and honest communication with shareholders, and a person of his word!
In my own opinion, I think the ride is about to begin! ( But, just my own speculative thought!).
I personally also sense that Jack in his own way was saying
"Good-Bye !"--------That is strictly just a wild guess on my part!
( As a minimum, I feel that over the next few weeks, the names of the players will change, we will find ourselves moving forward through progress, as we become updated /informed of ( hopefully) more details of a bright future forCVIA/WOTD!!!!
My intent was not to create a different impression , then may actually be the case! However , I was just sharing some of my own personal thoughts/views, as it pertains to my own share investment in CVIA!
In closing, on this U.S. National Holiday , I continue to be impressed by the focus, and committment that Jack Arnold continues to demonstrate! I keep reminding myself that he is all that we have separating us from a "shell company with a glimmer of hope"----------
--------and " a worthless piece of paper, to hang up on the wall".
I am hoping that we know the answer soon!
