Jan. 19 - MLSM.CDN - Millstream Mines Ltd - 2nd deep drill hole intersected massive sulphides

Mr Ernest Harrison reports
Millstream's second deep drill hole No. S97-09 targeted to test the deep area below and beyond the past mine workings has intersected massive sulphides 251+ metres (825+ ft) vertically below the bottom previously mined level.
Hole No. S97-09 (16.10W, 630S, Az 350 deg) collared 230 feet west on strike from the preliminary discovery hole S97-08A, between intervals 328.78m (1078.7 ft) to 692m (2270.4 ft) for 363.22 metres (1191.7 ft) intersected the following mineralized Cu-Zn sulphide zones, carrying massive sulphides:

Interval

328.78m (1078.7 ft) to 416.1m (1365.2 ft)

496.3m (1628.4 ft) to 520.6m (1708.1 ft)

596.3m (1988.8 ft) to 629.1m (2064.1 ft)

661m (2168.7 ft) to 692m (2270.4 ft)

The mineralized core is being split and will be sent for assay. Due to the large volume of mineralized core only a portion will be available for review and inspection starting January 20 1998. The balance will be available for review and inspection at the property site.
