Why do people make up so many lies about Trump? Joe Willmore It’s simple: because he’s doing such a poor job, accomplishing so little, and taking such unreasonable or incoherent positions that people trying to support him are forced to lie repeatedly. Here are some examples: If you aren’t in favor of a wall on our southern border, than you’re in favor of open borders (and only Donald Trump cares about securing our southern border and national security). Or…Donald Trump has accomplished so much with North Korea and resolved the nuclear threat they posed to the US. Or…the stock market is doing incredible under Donald Trump, so much better than under Obama. Or…Donald Trump is just acting to solve the crisis on our southern border, where illegal immigration is out of control. Or…under Donald Trump the US is so much more respected overseas than it was with Barack Obama. All of those statements are common claims by Trump fans yet they’re all factually untrue—lies in other words.
