Nanny's home, Greg! It's wonderful to be missed. I've been under the weather since the holidays and haven't had any new info to report so I've been quiet here. My Dr. friend that I talk to about this has been away so I haven't really talked to him to hear anything new. I continue to buy at these very cheap prices, imo. I'm sure activity will pick up on the thread once things get moving. In the meantime, take advantage of the opportunity that we have here. The new Sunrise is still in it's infancy.
