Only the ones who represent me. They and an excellent energy law firm, out of Charleston, WV which specializes in representing oil & gas property investors, have both been doing an excellent job for us. Our senators and representatives passed several critically important laws protecting oil & gas property owners, all over WV. Both were signed into law by the governor, in May.

This year? Law firm representing total class of 10,000 landowners (like me) obtained $53 million from NYSE listed EQT Corporation, to compensate us for unlawfully withheld royalty deductions since 2008. ALL of that goes to us. EQT has to pay all our legal costs in addition to the settlement. All of which was recently approved by the Federal District Judge overseeing the case & settlement negotiations.

Expect a nice check, any day now...))
