OK. We don't have to force other countries to change. If they don't want to change, then that's fine. We'll impost reciprocal trade policies so there's a level playing field and we'll win on that field. Letting them have an unfair advantage is just want losers do. Luckily, Trump is a winner...unlikeable yes, but he wins. There you have it.
