Liz, I think that you are right on target about there are too many SRAM makers on the feild. Too crowded. I talked to ISSI investor relations recently and they said the price presure for their SRAM in the TW market is really bad. But they have reduced their products potforlio of SRAM to less than 30% and the rest are network and telecommunication related products. Interesting comments on CPQ, what you think Compaq will do in the next couple quaters? will they come back eventurly or they are dead for a while? I think that their price will continue to drop on Monday, I certainely don't want that to happen cuz I'm still holding CPQ. Regards! Jim
