I feel compelled to respond to this, strictly because you have again chosen to attribute to me a viewpoint that is not mine.

Please re-read what I posted, and I think you will see that I am saying that placing children in foster care is NOT preferable to allowing them to remain in their own homes with their own parents, albeit in a smoking home environment. In fact, I can think of only a very few types of situations in which children should be taken from their homes and parents, and a smoking household in and of itself is NOT included.

I beg of you not to again beg the question.
