I read that to mean, "Yes, the terms will be made public...eventually."

I'd also like to see the newly created VZV licensing agreement...or was it an amendment to the previous licensing agreement? I hope they fixed the terms of the "net revenue" issue to reflect the deductions of R&D and other product expenses.
