Pugs, I concur with the opinions and views expressed in Mr. King's response above. Too bad you don't appreciate them.
GOE has continued to function despite the SEC investigation because it does have a viable real product, which anyone can observe first hand in Charleston, SC if they so desire. It appears management has taken the steps necessary to right prior mistakes, a process that has been a long, painful and expensive.
On a relative basis, the SEC action was IMO an overreaction, but that is now water under the bridge and not worth dwelling upon.
I feel the prospects of future financial rewards from holding this stock are worth the risk. Yes, I believe it will return to BB trading in the near future, most likely once the company has made its first unit sale. Their most recent SEC filing in Nov/Dec fulfilled all disclosure requirements and I understand one or more MM's have since filed the appropriate paperwork with the NASD.
If you want to know more about prospective clients, I suggest you invest some time and read the last dozen press releases for a few hints, as well as the content of this thread. Oh, yes, you can call the company for additional information.
Pugs, do you really think anyone is taking your questions seriously. Your lack of sincerity is just too obvious.
