My first experience in a board room was in my early 20's. I was fortunate to be managing a few departments in a German owned wire and cable company. Meetings in the board room blew me away. Men crying. Ripping stuff up. Very aggressive arguments, opinions, and demands. I took great offence at some of the things said. In one instance, I offered to resign.

Watching this mess with Jody Wilson-Raybould, I feel some empathy for her and some sympathy for Justin Trudeau.

Over the years, I learned to stand my position without being intimidated by others aggressively stating theirs.

It seems to me that Trudeau tried to bring new, fresh blood into the governing party. It also seems to me that Jody Wilson-Raybould might have benefited from a little more political experience before being given the responsibilities she was.
