Ahh... My dear Gary Dobry...

Welcome to the world of GRNO!!

Kindly tune your webbrowser to greenoasis.com and study the company's business plan thoroughly.

Please also remember that this company held a shareholder's meeting in which over 75+ of its shareholders, many of whom first met out here on Silicon Investor, attended.

As to whether or not the SEC was acting in the shareholder's best interest at the time is likely no longer significant. The corporate entity of GRNO has reached an agreement to settle with the SEC with no financial fines. The corporate entity is, thus, intact.

The processor in Charleston is producing #2 Diesel according to company press releases and all are welcome to arrange for a visit with the company. Yourself included.

I'm assuming that you are here because you really wish to understand the basic technology, business plan, and the reason that so many of us were enthusiastic about the prospects for GRNO. Thoroughly reviewing the literature and photographs, as well performing your own personal diligence is strongly encouraged.

It has not been an easy time for any shareholder of this company, and as of yet, much of the reasoning behind the SEC investigation remain illusive.

As for resuming trading on the OTC:BB's, NASD OTC compliance has advised me that several 15c2-11 applications are currently on file for GRNO. I was not advised as to the applicants, nor of the timeframe for resumption of an orderly market in GRNO. This makes GRNO a speculative investment until further activity commences.

GRNO's technology has been commercially viable since early last summer. However, apparently the long process of the environmental permitting process has long delayed the processor operating at near full capacity. Also, operating at 275gph/200gph #2 diesel output, fully 30% of design capacity has apparently caused difficulties with pumps and process settings up until the December period.

Hopefully, we now see the processor operating on a continual and commercially viable basis.

Pugs, many months ago, shareholders posting on this thread did the numbers and came up with some basic prospects relating to earnings potential. I believe our analysis stated that the potential earnings per share per unit sold is around $0.19/share. With the prospects for 3-4 units built and sold in 1998, the conservative estimates are in the $0.50-0.75 range.

Please be reminded that a substantial number of the participants on this thread has been to visit GRNO's facilities. I believe that we fully understand that we have been dealt a heavy hand by the gov't. But also remember that very few companies that have been halted in their trading by the SEC have been able to sustain their operations as long as GRNO has.

If you are still interested in discussing GRNO, I, personally, welcome your diligence(I am serious about that statement). It has been my contention that all shareholders must perform their own diligence and make their own decisions. Many have done so. I strongly recommend that you do so also.

Let me make one thing clear.... GRNO is not "my thread". I have been one of the most active participants in the past, but it belongs to every person who has taken the time and effort to perform their own diligence on the merits of the process. We don't talk about short squeezes, multi-million dollar private placements mysterious Asian investors.... etc. But we have engaged in conversation about distinguished Mmkrs making a substantial market activity in the stock.
That would be Herbert Allen & Co. (ALLN=Mmkr symbol)

We try to deal in facts and observations peppered with a good degree of hope and promise. You can observe the facilities, and you can arrange to either visit them yourself, or someone you may know in the Charleston, SC area. What happens to this company in the future is strictly up to its management team.

All the best to you as well!!

Regards,

Ron
