Kim values Kim's hide. I read a paper some time ago that laid out the case for a 3% capture being required, loyal followers, paid off officials and military, to control a country. There was a wider circle that also needed to benefit from the corruption but even that was surprisingly small, another 7% maybe, foggy memory. These people benefited but didn't have a direct line to the trough. No matter what Kim thinks, he has to find a way so that the 3% see a benefit to themselves. Otherwise no more Kim. My guess. ARS
