Furthermore, if the Russian really was a threat, THAT would have been the time to attack. When Europe admitted they were out of ammo. They were sitting ducks. Russia is no threat to Europe. NATO is an expensive anachronism. Instead of coercing the Euros to spend more we should unilaterally spend much less on it and tell them we don't care what they do.
