Go for it. It would be a great experiment. I'm a known conservative and I won the vote, but he decided to nullify the vote. I am assuming he did it for good reasons, as he stated, the thread is working well unmoderated. However, if you ask him for the same thing and you, a known liberal, lost or won by the same margin and he makes you the moderator, then we know that SI is a biased liberal swamp, like all other social media. If you want me to stop posting on SI, then secure that outcome and that evidence of liberal bias among SI Admins would most definitely ensure that I end my tenure on these threads since 1996. On this point, I am not joking. I won't tolerate clear evidence of liberal bias by social media and will respond with a boycott. It's why I don't use Facebook and Twitter. I don't have much choice on Google, because they are so pervasive it would be a severe impediment to internet usage to cut out Google, but I don't like them either because of their clear bias.
