This sounds like a consultation agreement to provide us with expertise needed to deal with environmental regulations in South Carolina. Ron said GRNO has a computer program to assist in meeting permitting requirements which will be a big plus in doing future business in new areas. I think he said the program cost $150,000. I wonder whether GRNO will need separate consultants in each state when the company expands across the US. This ERM works in five states and maybe the consultation cost will be on an as-required basis rather than as a permanent employment status. What ever it takes, we don't want to get into another 14 month hangup again.
