Stitch, that make sense, and it has happened before during times of national distress in other countries, I think the Russian had a p[eriod like that in the early 20, and even in great Britain during WWII there was such a drive to generate hard cash to support a national effort. If they could only get those "name" acount holders to do the same with the some $70 billions drained from their banking system, they would be out of the crisis stage.
